They came out. We talked about the project, they gave me an estimate. They showed up when they said they would. Project was completed as promised. It ended up costing slightly less than the estimate.

Cody was really incredible to work with! He took the time to walk us through the maintenance that needed to be done and explained how our system worked so that we can better maintain it in the future. He was also just a pleasure to chat with. I can't see myself referring or suggesting anyone else besides Cody for lagoon/septic maintenance.

We were new to the septic system world and Cody and Mike came out to help us pump out the septic system. They were very friendly and helpful. Cody explained how our septic system worked and how we should maintain it. They worked HARD on getting our system completely cleaned out rather than just pumping out the water. They finished the job completely and came back and installed risers a few days later to leave us with a fully functional system. I'll sleep much better at night. These guys were on-time, gave a thorough explanation of what they were doing, reasonably priced, and really worked hard to dig out two access spots that were 18-24 inches deep under the soil. Going to use them for everything septic related. Great experience!

Called 12/23/20 at 4:45pm. Owner answered & asked me about issues. He offered to come that night if I needed. I told him I could wait & they were there the very next morning at 9am like they said they would be. Codie was very helpful/knowledgeable about issues & explained what was going on. Will definitely be using them again on a preventative basis & highly recommend them for any issues.
